I don't like time change, but I am thankful for a little extra sunshine in the evening. It just takes longer for my internal clock to adjust the older I get. Hope you remembered to change any clocks that don't automatically update - I know I still have a few that don't just do it themselves.

Friday was so much fun. I enjoyed having "breakfast for lunch" - a HUGE THANK YOU to the board members for cooking and cleaning - Great Job!! Norma, Cleo and Tori we hope you enjoyed your special day! We appreciate all you ladies for doing such a Fabulous Job!!! Daryla we don't want you to feel left out, without you we would not have such a Wonderful and Phenomenal Senior Center!! You are one of a kind and the absolute BEST Director Ever!!! I also want to thank our volunteers, the Center would not run as smoothly without you as well.

Hope to see you at Cajun night this Tuesday, March 11th. Kerry and Cynthia Symons have offered to prepare the meal. We couldn't have a great Cajun dinner without some authentic Cajun chefs. Blackened catfish or blackened chicken, dirty rice, shrimp roumalade, spinach madeline and bread pudding, oh yeah!! It will be worth the wait. Laissez les bons temps rouler let the good times roll.
